Refunds and Returns

If you have a problem with our order (there are missing components, damages, or the product is not functioning), please reach out to us as quickly as possible. Some of the problems can be resolved by going through the product manual or the product FAQs.

Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

Then we will process the order by confirming that the product is in stock and ready for shipment.

If any of the items in your order are back-ordered, we will reach to you via email or phone and you may choose to either wait or receive a 100% refund.

Setting up a hammock is usually pretty straightforward. The main hiccup people run into isn't with the product itself but with making sure it fits!

Take a few minutes to measure your space—whether it’s on your patio, between trees, or somewhere else—using a measuring tape instead of just guessing. This way, you’ll pick the right size and be ready to chill out as soon as your hammock arrives!

Hammock Safety: 8 Essential Dos and Don’ts

  1. Treat Your Hammock Right: Remember, a hammock is for relaxing, not playing or swinging. If that’s not what you’re looking for, check out other options.
  2. Set It Up Carefully: Whether it’s easy or tricky depends on your setup. Make sure to pick strong, healthy trees or secure anchor points. If you’re unsure about installation, get professional help.
  3. Keep It Low: Your hammock should be just inches off the ground, never more than 18 inches.
  4. Choose a Soft Spot: Always hang your hammock over a soft surface. Avoid placing it over sharp or hard areas.
  5. Check It Regularly: Inspect your hammock, accessories, and hardware before each use. Look for any damage or wear. If anything seems off, don’t use it—get it fixed or replaced.
  6. Supervise Kids: Always watch children closely when they’re in the hammock. Never leave them alone.
  7. Pick the Right Hammock: Choose a hammock suited to your age, weight, and how you plan to use it—whether for sleeping, resting, or lounging.
