What payment methods do you accept?

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel any order for a 100% refund before it has shipped. Please notify us immediately at info@havenoutfitters.ca. Once the order has shipped, it is subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.

What if my product is damaged?

Inspect the packaging upon arrival. If you notice any damage, note it when signing for delivery. If you suspect damage but can't inspect the package during delivery, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.

If your item arrives damaged, send photos to info@havenoutfitters.ca, and we will process an immediate replacement or compensation within one business day.

How do I place an order?
  • By phone: Call us at (800) 253-8220.
  • Online: Click “Add To Cart” on your preferred product and proceed to “Secure Checkout.” Enter your shipping and billing information to complete your order.

You will receive an immediate order confirmation, and we will process your order right away.

How do I know when my order will ship?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping and billing information. Once your order leaves the warehouse you will get an email with a tracking link.

If an item goes out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone within one business day.

You may check the status of your order any time through our tracking page.

Will you send an order confirmation via email?

Yes, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide. Please print and save the email confirmation for your records. Ensure you enter your email address correctly to receive your confirmation.

Can I change my order?

Yes, but please notify us at info@havenoutfitters.ca as soon as possible. If the item is already in transit there may be an additional cost. Any price difference will be credited to your card, or we will send you a custom invoice to pay the difference. Orders can only be changed before shipping.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We handle orders from Monday to Friday, processing them on the same or next business day. Most items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please check the 'Shipping Details' tab on each product page for specific information before you order.

After dispatch, delivery times range from 4-8 days, depending on the carrier and the distance from our warehouse. While we strive to avoid delays, please be aware that sometimes they may occur. Rest assured, we are dedicated to ensuring your order arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible.
