Order Processing

Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

Then we will process the order by confirming that the product is in stock and ready for shipment.

If any of the items in your order are back-ordered, we will reach to you via email or phone and you may choose to either wait or receive a 100% refund.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order.

Shipping

We ship to Canada only at this time.

Surcharges may apply to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and other remote locations. If you are unsure of shipping availability to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Information

We offer free shipping across Canada, except for YT, NT, and NU. Additional shipping fees may apply to remote areas like NL and certain postal codes (A0K, A0P, A0Q, A0R, X0A-Y9Z). For international orders, please contact us for a shipping quote at +1-800-253-8220 or info@havenoutfitters.ca.

Tracking codes will be sent via email within 24 hours of shipping. Ontario deliveries take 1-3 business days, and in other provinces 2-9 business days. You can track your order online once you have the tracking number.

If you're not home, the driver may leave the package at your door. Re-deliveries are attempted twice; after that, you’ll need to pick it up at a local station. If the package is damaged, note "Package Damaged" upon signing and email us right away. Keep all packaging for the damage claim.

For pick-up service, call us after payment. We'll send you an email with pick-up details and your invoice.
