At Haven Outfitters, we are proud to have the best refund and return policies in the industry. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days for a refund.

If you have a problem with our order (there are missing components, damages, or the product is not functioning), please reach out to us as quickly as possible. Some of the problems can be resolved by going through the product manual or the product FAQs.

Order Processing

Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

Then we will process the order by confirming that the product is in stock and ready for shipment.

If any of the items in your order are back-ordered, we will reach to you via email or phone and you may choose to either wait or receive a 100% refund.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order.

Shipping

We ship to Canada only at this time.

Surcharges may apply to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and other remote locations. If you are unsure of shipping availability to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

We will send tracking information by email the same day the shipping tracking number is created/available.

Before you sign the shipping bill, please THOROUGHLY INSPECT YOUR ITEM.

Signing for the receipt of a damaged product removes the liability of the shipping company and Haven Outfitters. Once you accept your shipment as non-damage, your item is your property.
