Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing

Once we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation email.

Then we will process the order by confirming that the product is in stock and ready for shipment.

If any of the items in your order are back-ordered, we will reach to you via email or phone and you may choose to either wait or receive a 100% refund.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing your order.

Shipping

We ship to Canada only at this time.

Surcharges may apply to Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and other remote locations. If you are unsure of shipping availability to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Leisurecraft Responsibilities:

1. Building and packing your sauna in a crate.

2. Arranging for shipping to your home.

Trucking Company Responsibilities:

1. Scheduling a delivery appointment.

2. Delivering the sauna to your driveway or curbside.

   - Note: They will not unload the sauna. They will not back their truck into your driveway.

   - Typically, they use an 18-wheel truck. Ensure this size can access your road or neighborhood.

3. If the sauna crate is less than 92” (7 feet), a lift gate may be available to assist in unloading.

4. If the sauna crate is more than 92”, no lift gate will be available. You will need to arrange for unloading.

Customer Responsibilities:

1. Return calls from the trucking company promptly to arrange delivery.

2. Plan how to unload the sauna from the truck.

   - Crates range from 6 to 14 feet in length and weigh between 800 to 1600 pounds.

3. Unload the sauna crate from the truck. 

Suggested methods:

   - Use a forklift with extensions to pick up the crate from the end.

   - Rent a tilt tow truck to pick up the sauna from the local terminal and deliver it to your home.

4. If the crate arrives damaged, you may accept the shipment, but take photos and note the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL). Contact Haven Outfitters' support team at info@havenoutfitters.ca or Dundalk immediately so we can address the issue with the shipper.

   - Mark the BOL with “Crate arrived open/damaged - Possible Hidden Damage.”
